The ACET team have developed a Help Desk System - AIMS (Action Information and Management System) in support of the many aspects associated with maintaining ACET in a world market. Effectively the three existing support databases have been brought together to give a more comprehensive and centralised Help System.

AIMS has three main components as follows:
