| The ACET Core module sits at the heart of the system. This module incorporates and displays the asset equipment list, equipment details, database options and a comprehensive suite of more than 60 configuration tables which are essentially the assets library of support information. | ||||||||

Many of the configuration tables come pre populated with industry standard information, including design codes, standards and calculations. These equations and calculations are available to determine values for MAWT, MOP, Corrosion Rates, Thresholds, etc. Several of the other tables support these calculations with automated reference to over 1200 materials, 1200 stress tables, schedules and classes. |

| All tables can be edited by the user and many are in fact user configured. Some examples of configuration tables available within ACET are, The Drawing Library, Process Streams, Work Packs, Inspection Details, Systems, Products, Protection, Deterioration Control and Anomaly Types | ||||||||
| ACET incorporates a simple database navigation tool, 'the Navigator' and a comprehensive database query tool, 'the Group Designer'. | ||||||||
|
The Navigator and Group Designer when used together give all users the ability to search on thousands of data fields and data combinations. This means that the user can find and display any database information in a quick and structured format. The Navigator displays the ACET database in a graphical format, which enables the user to move around the database more easily. The Navigator allows each database to have it's own tree structure. |

The Group Designer is an eight level search engine, which can be used to filter and search for specific data and combinations of data such as this four level query "All pipework in the produced water system made from material type A 106 GR B where the corrosion rate is greater than 1mm/yr". On saving groups (queries) are automatically displayed on the Navigator screen where, when selected, they will incorporate and display only the information that meets the query criteria. |
