ACET in the North Sea The BG-Group has purchased an ACET License for the use on the Everest and Lomond assets, which are both situated in the central North Sea. First production began in 1993, with an average production rate of 91 mmscfd and 2,783 bopd on the Everest and an average production rate of 92 mmscfd and 1,702 bopd on the Lomond being achieved in 2008. In addition, production from the Erskine field is processed on the Lomond facility. Gas is exported via the CATS pipeline and produced liquids go via Forties to Kinneil. |

SBM Offshore has a cumulative vessel operating experience of more than 160 years, during which in excess of 2,400,000,000 barrels of oil were exported. |

ACET in Syria Petro-Canada in Syria has purchased an ACET License for use on the Ebla gas project. When completed, the Ebla gas plant is expected to deliver 80 million cubic feet per day (mmcf/d) of natural gas to domestic markets, with first gas anticipated in 2010.
