ACET in Vietnam

TNK Vietnam BV purchase an ACET License for use on the Lan Do and Lan Tay offshore gas fields (and associated pipeline and power generation) 320km South of Ho Chi Minh City.

ACET in Brazil

BP are adding a new site to their ACET License for the Polvo oil field in Brazil which was discovered in 2004. It is located on block BM-C-8 in the Campos Basin offshore Rio de Janeiro in approximately 300 feet of water with estimated resource potential in excess of 50 million barrels. Production facilities include a fixed production and drilling platform connected to a floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO).

ACET in Brazil

Single Buoy Moorings Inc (SBM) has extended their ACET license to include the Capixaba FPSO, which is located offshore Brazil above the Cachalote field. Cachalote is part of the larger Parque de Baleias group of fields that will be tapped in part by FPSO Capixaba, which can hold 1.6 million barrels before its storage tanks are relieved by shuttle tankers that will move the oil to shore.

ACET Version 5.2.590 is released

ACET Version 5.2.590.19 is released. This version includes updates to the Security Group Settings, Configuration Tables, Group Designer, Dead Legs, Inspector Excel Interface, Gauge Interface, Exceptions, Risk Based Assessment, Import and Export Modules. For more details please refer to the V5.2 Intermediate Updates document released with ACET Version 5.2.590.19.


ACET in Pakistan

United Energy Pakistan based in province Sindh, with offices in Karachi has purchased an ACET License for use on its facilities located in the Badin Concessions.

ACET in Trinidad

BP Trinidad with offices in Port of Spain and Galeota has purchased an ACET License for use on its facilities located off of Trinidads East coast. Theoffshore production assets comprise nine platforms and the Cassia B hub which processes, at current capacity, 2 billion cubic feet of gas per day (bcfd). Other hubs are Amherstia, with a capacity of 1.1 bcfd and Mahogany with a capacity of 0.9 bcfd. Hydrocarbons are transported onshore by pipeline.

ACET in Kazakhstan

Karachaganak Petroleum Operation B.V. (KPO) have extended their contract period up to, and including December, 31st 2016. Today, Karachaganak is producing at record levels and is the largest gas producing field in Kazakhstan, accounting for some 45 per cent of the country’s total gas production and around 16 per cent of total liquids production. In 2010, the venture produced some 133.7 million barrels of oil equivalent.

ACET in South America

Petrobras have extended their ACET License to include "Refinaria Abreu e Lima S.A." which is the first to process 100% heavy crude oil and will be able to process 235,000 b/d, of which 117,500 will come from the Orinoco belt in Venezuela and 117,500 from the Campos basin in Brazil. It will produce 162,000 b/d of low sulphur diesel and will allow the Brazilian Northeast to be self sufficient in fuels.
  

ACET in Malaysia

Single Buoy Moorings Inc (SBM) has extended their ACET license to include the Kikeh Field, which is located offshore Malaysia in the South China Sea in a water depth of 1320 m. This field development is based on a Floating Production Storage and Offloading unit and a Dry Tree Unit (Spar). Fluids between Spar and FPSO are transported in Fluid Transfer Lines based on the first ever application of the patented Gravity Actuated Pipe system.

ACET - BP Global Contract

BP has made a commitment to use the ACET corrosion and inspection management software system across their global RPU's (Regional Performance Units). With ACET already being used or implemented by BP in nine countries, Oceaneering are currently supporting the roll- out process in a further three locations.

ACET in Angola

Single Buoy Moorings Inc (SBM) have extended their ACET License to include the FPSO Kuito. The FPSO will be located in approximately 288 metres of water off the coast of Angola.

ACET in Brazil

Petrobras Biocombustivel S.A. have signed an agreement for the provision of an ACET Database for its 3 plants used in the manufacture of ethanol, biodiesel and energy, with an annual capacity of 170 thousand meter cube.

ACET in Equatorial Guinea

Single Buoy Moorings Inc (SBM) have extended their ACET License to include the FPSO Aseng. The FPSO will be located in approximately 1,000 metres of water in Block I, offshore Equatorial Guinea.
