The ACET Process (stream) module stores process conditions and historical changes to these process streams during the asset lifecycle. |

The process module incorporates a comprehensive process details configuration
table and a stream history table.
The configuration table stores process stream data such as densities, inhibition details, flow rates, temperatures, pressures, concentrations, factors, etc. The stream history table uses industry standard formula to calculate values for unmodified CO2 and O2 corrosion rates, H2S sour environments, flow rates, velocities, pH, etc. This module gives
the engineer the ability to run process simulations and scenarios prior
to any process upset being encountered, thus enabling the user to assess
any possible effects this potential change may introduce to the assets
equipment. |
