Taking place in Rio de Janiero, concurrently with the 17th World Petroleum Congress, the 11th edition of the Rio Oil and Gas Expro 2002 was of an unprecedented scale.

With 30,000 square meters of stand area, more than double the number of pavilions from the previous exhibition and over 850 exhibitors from 41 different countries this exhibition offered an excellent opportunity for networking and capitalising on business opportunities.

Over the course of the 4 day exhibition members from the ACET team were on hand to discuss and demonstrate ACET’s capabilities with regard to the management of corrosion and inspection activities in the oil and gas industry around the world.

The show was an important step in the expansion of ACET business in a world market and particularly in South America where it is currently being used by BPXC in Colombia to manage the corrosion and inspection activities on the Cupiagua, Cusiana Phase I and II and Cusiana Well Pads assets.

Special thanks to Waldermir and Bianca for their assistance and professionalism.
